Emotions
Hey all... It's my second blog after a long gap of time. Yeah my last blog was around April 2019. Without wasting a second let's pop into the topic EMOTIONS. Woah that caps font gave a serious look ???😂 Anyways moving on so what are emotions basically? For some an act of seriousness, for some just a joke, for some maybe their life? Why life ? Well ever thought what a woman would feel when her son or daughter or husband or boyfriend or in laws or her own parents just say a statement unintentionally despite it's not her mistake? Vice versa goes with men too ( don't think it's a feminine based blogs Duh!) How many of you felt that you're not worth living? Or you got no motive to stay alive ? Ever felt why all wrong things happened to you ? Does it goes same for everyone or just you're special? Ever felt angry why the world doesn't understand you and just takes you in a wrong way ? Does it makes you feel so low that you're prompt to suicidal thoughts? I won't say I know all these just because I have some personal experiences but I definitely know majority of the new generation is facing the same in terms of family education or anything. To tackle this I will be sharing some of the good tips you can just give a try :
If you feel low or you got some major mood swings issues which isn't a issue first of all please communicate with your dearest one with that person you know and trust won't ever judge you
If you feel you're worth nothing look at your good deeds I am sure you must have helped once in your lifetime to someone whatever help it might be helping someone to lend a glass of water or helped someone to cross a road or helped someone how to use a phone! All such small things in your life just gives you a plus point!
If you feel your own family isn't understanding you that might be due to a trauma or an incident which caused you to think like this it's absolutely normal but don't hate your family for this you can just share your such thoughts to anyone just make sure to respect your parents no matter what but do take a stand when you feel you're right!
